Board Growth and Community

In early 2012, the Mozilla Foundation started talking about ways to grow the Mozilla Foundation board and also to better connect the board to the rest of the Mozilla community.

As a first step in this direction, the board released a job description for new board members and began a search. The first candidate to be put forward for the board is Board/CathyDavidon from Duke University. Conversation with Cathy and the Mozilla Community will take place on June 6 and 7 2012 on Air Mozilla.

Beyond this, the board plans to do a series of town hall meetings and begin the process of finding further board members throughout 2012.
