Monday, Aug 19th

• Approximate timeline (may be adjusted during the day)
  • 9:00 Introductions & discussion of what we want out of the week
  • 10:00 Brief discussion of what's not working
  • 10:30 Roles, Values & Outcomes. In particular we'll focus on what strengths each team brings to the group and the outcome that we want to create as a whole for the Developer Program.
  • 12:30 Lunch
  • 1:15 Work in groups to define what is needed to make our outcome real. (Setting up discussions for the rest of the week.)
  • 3:45 Report back from our working groups
  • 5:30 Group happy hour at the Hilton

Tuesday - Thursday morning

• 9:00-9:30 Group kickoff and adjust agenda for the day
• Rest of the day will be breakout sessions.
  • Capture ideas in the etherpad now

  • At the offsite we will use a wall and some stickies to set the actual agenda.
• Thursday afternoon we will come back together as a group.
