• Piggybacking on other community build plans
  • Coding action plan and Support action plan furthest along
  • Accessibility also dealing with legacy content issues Are there additional legacy blocks to user discoverability that need to be accounted for?
  • Setting up a conversion metric to track effectiveness of methods for getting people onboarded through Get Involved page (George is responding to a large number of inquiries but what is working and what can we optimize?)
  • Webdev and Want to edit this page? link in One Mozilla footer -- maybe a Want to translate this page? model works for l10n?
  • Bugzilla now sending email to people who have had their first patch approved by a reviewer -- are there critical points in the contribution process where we could provide guidance to l10n contributors?

• Contribute Group model and roles
  • Gen help with strategy and facilitate meetings (set agenda, post notes, make announcements, etc)
  • Jeff and Arky and George Fiotakis drivers from l10n side
  • David, Gandalf and others to provide feedback and assistance
