- Prepare the excel file for EUBallot with the translated strings
done last week:
- put a beta download link on all /new pages with an existing beta promotion string (convinced engagement to reuse a string and activate the link for all locales instead of translating a new one for 4 locales only). Fixed about 20 pages to still look good after that visual change.
- gave instructions for SVN to Arash our Persian localizer (I was committing for him until he got his account created)
- Launched translation of a new snippet to promote Firefox Flicks on about:home
- Created ESR pages for German
- Coded a live view of snippets.lang so as that marketing can easily check locales done and copy/paste them http://l10n.mozilla-community.org/~pascalc/langchecker/?action=translate
- Worked with Alexis from the python services team to help me setup bedrock locally (he even patched bedrock to fix the install steps which lacked documentation)
- Kept working on Beta pages, 47 locales done
