Community Analytics

Description:

Bitergia (external vendor) provides Mozilla with an ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana). This community analytics stack is continuously expanded.

Objective:

Metrics to measure and analyze contribution activity from available data sources

Alignment With Mozilla Goals

Data-driven decision taking, validate assumptions, evidence-based product management

Why

Success:

Community metrics and insights are derived in a self-service way from actual data

Timeline

  • Q3/16: Initial setup
