Summary
First product delivery meeting. The goal was to understand from all the pertinent groups what they would like out of the meeting.
Meeting Notes
Ron:
- What's the store going to look like?
- How is it going to operate?
- What's the general feel of the store?
- How are going to communicate that out to everybody?
- How are going to get the store out to the market - what's our go to market plan?
- Broaden developer relations to also include community involved:
- Community choice apps
- How do we port that?
Margaret:
- Document or website of all the decisions that have been made as well as pending big decisions.
- Spend quality time around issues of debate, use it as a working session.
- What do we need for Apps research for Q4
Dan:
- Apps and milestones - what's going to be delivered and when?
- List of features that are coming down the pipeline.
Mike:
- Communicate how we are tracking against engineering goals, especially risks.
- AI: Make a t-shirt.
- Not being quite sure as to what to make that makes the go to market people happy.
- Reporting on how the relationship with the rest of the org is going.
Who's missing from this meeting:
- UX?
- Support?
- l10n?
- Metrics?
- Other PMs - desktop, platform, mobile, amo

- Dev. engagement?
Action Items
- Jen and Bill make sure the appropriate people are in each type of meeting
