Launch Marketplace Beta (Justin, Bryan, Bill)

  • Work continues on consumer pages: most core pages built, initial visual design ready for tablets and being implemented

    • Open Issue: Closing the Marketplace install flow. Bundled vs. Unbundled (Owner: Ragavan)
    • Jen and Harald working with mobile counterparts
    • Firefox 14 Aurora - Chromefull Apps Experience - ON TRACK
    • Firefox 15 Aurora - Chromeless Apps Experience - IN PLANNING
  • Desktop
    • Firefox 14 changes are being reviewed

Apps in the Cloud

  • Open Issue: The apps management UX for AitC (Owner: Jen)
  • Apps in the Cloud server available for developers
  • Apps in the Cloud client demo due Friday

Security (mcoates)

  • Tracking items here
  • Firefox Desktop Security review went well. Working on follow up action items now
  • Lucas Adamski is driving a Cohesive Apps + B2G security and permissions model; hoping to close by 2012-04-30
  • Data Safety Council review of Apps in the Cloud planned for mid-April

Content (Ron, Joe, Jane)

  • April 26 partner marketing inventory shared with partner team. Now working on completing basics for June and Sept releases for 4/5.

IT and supporting services infrastructure in production to support above.(Justin, MCoates)

  • Draft SLA agreed to; working on finalizing pieces

Product direction and strategy set for iOS (Jennifer, Ragavan)

  • Open Issue: Marketing needs this for September timeframe

Branding and visual identity for Market locked down (Jane)

  • Logo is not final yet. Date is TBD.

Go to market plan in place. (Jane)

  • Dan please review portablility expectations
    • Open Issue: What is the portability story? Rags and Dan will work on this.
  • GTM Plan was shared with stakeholders last week. Some edits were made. Waiting to hear Kilimanjaro news before completing.

Business: Business model "in code." Distribution to developers working (Ragavan, Ron)
