Dear organizers,

We hope this email finds you well. We are planning for a September meeting meeting on Thursday, September 16th at 6pm at the New Media Rights offices. This meeting will focus on concrete steps moving forward for our outreach movie showing for 10 Tactics, steps getting Drumbeat projects up on our website as well as this strong push we have going right now for more organizers.

Our main goal for this meeting is adding additional core organizers who have access to the different target audiences, and are willing to lend there skills to make Drumbeat a success.

Because we have pushed the date of the event to January, we really want to take the time focus on inviting extra organizers on board in the upcoming 2 or 3 weeks.

We encourage you to get out in your communities and speak to friends, tech groups, community organizers and other people that you know and invite them to partner with us in shaping the Drumbeat event.

In addition, we would like to have a 10 Tactics video screening in October and are looking for you input on where to show the film. We are thinking of pitching the film showing to some of the local museums, any input on different local spaces would be great.
