There is interest in the Montreal community, but it will be a challenge to get more than the usual suspects - it means it will be a longer process of bringing in the usual suspects as such the when will be further down the road

Bilingual event (Montreal Style - people speak English or French with no translation)

Try to get Drumbeat materials localized into French
Suggested date in the fall, looking to engage students - early November
Convene a meeting of 5 to 6 people from different communities (Christine Prefontane, Sylvan P, Brett Gaylor)
August/September - go to clubs at the universities, identify student organizers
