MVP feature development progressing well. 'Terra Nova' sprint was kicked off Feb 20th, ending Mar 5th . Graduation plans being revisited and may require re-baseline of schedule - some unknowns.
Android FF??

Sprint 1.16 (ending Mar 5) has been kicked off. Team capacity impacted by ~66% as resources temporarily assigned to another higher priority initiative. Schedule will be re-baselined once all resources are back on board.
iOS V8.0

Sprint 1.16 (ending Mar 5) has been kicked off; V7.0 stabilization period, and V8.0 feature development is in progress. MVP feature development still on track for V8.0, but recent lower sprint capacity numbers, as well as resource allocation to required work to migrate to Swift 3.0 may impact available time to test AS. Continuing to monitor.

General

  • Engineering breakdown of MVP user stories and forecasting completed for ALL Platforms!
  • Q1 OKRs have been drafted and reviewed for all teams.
  • Desktop sprint cadence was adjusted in January, so sprint timing has been synchronized for all platforms.

Desktop

  • Current Sprint 'Terra Nova'
  • Upon completion of most recent sprint(Sirmilik), capacity numbers increased again (24 -> 26).
  • Graduation plans are being revisited. Instead of landing entirely as a system add-on, investigating breaking into various modules, and landing majority of code directly in Nightly. Breakdown work is ongoing, and re-baseline of schedule may be necessary on completion.

Android

  • Current Sprint 1.16
  • Continuing on with remaining MVP feature development. MVP Backlog can be found here.
  • Schedule will need to re-baselined once all resources are back in place. 2/3 of team has been reassigned temporarily to another high-priority initiative.

iOS

  • Current Sprint 1.16
  • Continuing on with remaining MVP feature development. MVP Backlog can be found here.
  • Development on track for V8.0, but lower capacity numbers for January sprints and need to allocate significant resource effort to Swift 3.0 migration did impact available time to test AS prior to launch, increasing risk. Monitoring.
