Update:

- The DOM Intersection Observer API has been disabled and the corresponding crashes have gone away. Hooray! https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1320704#c14 has the details.

- The HSTS priming change has been backed out from both mozilla-aurora and mozilla-central. But we're still seeing the relevant crashes on Aurora :( Details in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1320877#c3.

- No change on a11y crashes yet, AFAIK.
