Summary: Several years passed, communities keep evolving. Mozilla Taiwan Community faced many challenges from different sources both internally and extenally this year. We have been urged to change from event to event, eventually we survived.

How your session furthers the MozCamp Goals: The 'age-old community problems' we met and community growing experience could be interesting, hopely bring some thoughts and ideas to other communities.

Expected Outcome or Deliverable:

Desired Audience Type or Skill-set: People who are interested in growing community growth, making localized events and marketing, and what challenges of age-old community met.
