Talk Length (please choose between 30, 60, 90, 120 minutes): 30

Summary:

How your session furthers the MozCamp Goals (https://wiki.mozilla.org/MozCampEU2012/Tracks): This talk will engage contributors around what they can do to help users of the Firefox phone. Specifically, we will provide a workshop with SUMO on how to get the b2g desktop build running on your laptop. So, bring your laptop with you and we will help you get it set up, or you can use the instructions in the SUMO article to get started: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-to-set-up-firefox-os-emulator

Expected Outcome or Deliverable: Contributor engagement around the Firefox phone support documentation, localization and forum community discussions. Specifically, we want everyone to leave the session having the b2g desktop build running on their laptop and being registered on SUMO, so they can help support Firefox OS users by writing or translating documentation and discussing with us how to best support the Firefox OS phone users. We have set up discussion where we will talk about our strategy, plans and schedules after the workshop here: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/firefox-os-forums

Desired Audience Type or Skill-set: Anyone interested in helping users, technical writing or localization.
