Summary:

In the process of strengthening our global (ReMo) and local community building efforts we are developing and trying new techniques on community building and best practices. In order to be aligned and successful we need to ensure the deduplication of our efforts and constant support among all community building efforts either local or global.

How your session furthers the MozCamp Goals (https://wiki.mozilla.org/MozCampEU2012/Tracks):

Strengthening the local communities and providing a solid framework for contributions on various mozilla projects.

Expected Outcome or Deliverable:

Kickstart a healthy discussion on how our global community building efforts can help the local ones and vise versa.
