Heka
- Implemented LPEG-based rsyslog parser so Heka can be a syslog server
- Adjusted sandbox limits to all default to the maximum
- Deployed HTTP response code monitoring filter to Marketplace dev/stage environment
- Reorganized Heka configuration documentation (along w/ a number of other doc improvements)

- Code cleanup and removing some technical debt
- Started rewrite of some of the async tasks to be more performant and avoid data duplication
- Got shared service graphite to show lines
