The Crashes per User page displays the ratio depicting the number of crashes per active daily user for individual versions of Mozilla products.

The Metrics team collects statistics for the number of Active Daily Users (often referred to as ADU) for a particular product / version. That data is compared to the number of crashes that were collected for that product / version.

A base effective throttle rate is available for each product / version. The effective throttle rate used to alter the comparison data based on client-side and server-side throttling rates for the given time period.

Supported Products

Active Daily Users data is currently collected for Firefox, Thunderbird and Fennec. It is not collected for SeaMonkey or Camino.
