Knowledge Base / L10n

Over 1320 revisions in the KB since last week (O_o) - whoa. Just to reiterate what Noah said - thank you!

  • We're looking good for the release: 84% updated/created content coverage for the top 20 locales
  • That said, you may have received a PM with a list of articles that need your magic

Escalation path for Quantum next week will be:

[Fact] Last release we had the most questions come in at 3pm on Sunday, 8pm on Tues and 10 pm on the Thursday following the release. Most of the questions and the help we will need will be the second week on the 16th, 17th, 21st. [Fact] Rachel has the new SUPPORT LOGO AND QUANTUM LOGO stickers, participate in SUMO Week and answer a least 5 questions and we will send one out.
