Topic: Live Chat

Description of topic: How can we bring back live chat. I know that many may disagree with it but at the same time many do agree with it. It would be a big thing for Mozilla. Live chat can be mainly based on Firefox. There are many willing to monitor, contribute and possibly help run the servers if required. This will help increase customer service and for the client to feel more welcomed. The new contributor of course must be trained to that we are greeting them in a friendly way and so that when it is over they are also given a good bye from the heart.
