Support Glossary

Here is a list of glossary frequently used across SUMO channels:

Terms	Detail	Description
AAQ	Ask a Question	Flow for the user to ask questions on the support forum.
OP	Original Poster	A term we used to identify the original poster on the support forum.
KB	Knowledge Base	This is what we call the collection of all the support articles on the SUMO site.
L10n	Localization	A term we used to refer to localization, which is the process of adapting the content to a specific locale.
QA	Quality Assurance	This is the testing process to ensure that a product is functioning as expected.
