Support for Thunderbird is at https://support.mozilla.org/ where there are knowledge base articles in many languages, but support forums do not exist in all languages.

KB articles tend to be available in the following languages:

Languages: English, German, French, Dutch, Italian, Polish, Japanese, Hungarian, Taiwanese and more.

Non English Thunderbird Support Forums

The following languages have excellent user support outside of SUMO. whose volunteers are fluent in the language. Therefore SuMo (SUpport.MOzilla.org) is intentionally configured to direct users to these sites, so they can get the best support possible.

SUMO has help articles in these languages, but for the best user support experience it is in the user's best long term interest, and ours, to direct them to these well established websites. Please use the strings below to educate users to their existence - Triple click the translated paragraph to select the text, which you can then paste into your response.

Some of these sites also provide additional support articles and tips.
