Mozilla's Community Development Team works to build, grow and engage Mozilla's global, diverse, volunteer communities.
We do that in the following ways:
- Providing community facing-staff at Mozilla with support and resources they need to be effective in managing their communities i.e. Community Management Breakfasts, diversity and inclusion resources, State of the Rebel Alliance Reports.
- Creating and maintaining centralized services, tools and policies that enable contributors and staff to collaborate effectively i.e. Code of Conduct enforcement, NDA & Slack Access, Discourse, community mailing lists.
- Running community programs such as: Reps, OSSN (the open source student network), Activate, Community Campaigns (including Alpha/Beta Testing programs).
We are also consult on community strategy and are always working to build a better modern unified contributor experience for Mozillians.
