This is our last release where we'll be accepting features, so that's what we're focusing on.  A status whiteboard annotation
[https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/buglist.cgi?cmdtype=dorem&remaction=run&namedcmd=%5Bb3ux%5D&sharer_id=1537 [b3ux]] is being used to indicate that a bug has a non-trivial user experience effect.  We'd like to land [b3ux] bugs as early as we can so that we can iterate as much as we need to given user feedback.  Work is underway to map out a (1-2 week) milestone schedule to help us avoid a big mess of landings at the end of the release.
