This page will become obsolete as soon as the preview twice/nfs/single server/caching bug 526270 is worked around by gozer. Real fix is in tikiwiki 3 which we won't get until 2010 from SUMO
How to edit a SuMoMo KB article
- edit the article - https://stage.support.mozillamessaging.com/tiki-editpage.php?locale=en-US&page=Thunderbird3+for+Windows7+users
- upload article image(s) - next to ""Upload picture", click "Browse...", click "Preview"
- save the article (otherwise the images will randomly appear and disappear) i.e. click "Save"
- re-edit the article, i.e. https://stage.support.mozillamessaging.com/tiki-editpage.php?locale=en-US&page=Thunderbird3+for+Windows7+users and then do shift reload in your browser to force the images to appear
- insert the image(s)

- upload the image(s)
- preview
- insert image(s)
- save it
