Background
Web Production supports Platforms (mozilla.org, mozillians) and Campaigns (firefox flicks, webwewant), these distinct project types make a single approach to community building & involvement challenging. This project aims to examine our projects and outline best practices for the 2 types of projects we work on.
The Web Production team is working directly with the Community Building Team and will generally be going through the process outlined in the lifecycle documentation
