What is Integrated Marketing?
Simply put, it the process by which the Engagement team on-boards, manages and communicates major cross-functional projects. Regardless if we call our process a wave, initiative, or project we should unify the method of how we deliver all of our awesome marketing products. We've created a presentation that introduces the idea and what we are trying to improve. We have also defined key words so that we are all using the same language to describe our projects.
Please use the following steps on all of your major projects. This process could be overkill for small or minor projects and thus use your best judgement.
