once bug 526270 is fixed this process will be simplified (i.e. no need to save an article for images to show up) to:
# preview the article
# edit the article
# save the article when complete
# upload the image(s)
# preview
# insert image(s)
# save it

This page will become obsolete as soon as the preview twice/nfs/single server/caching bug 526270 is worked around by gozer. Real fix is in tikiwiki 3 which we won't get until 2010 from SUMO

How to edit a SuMoMo KB article

  1. edit the article - https://stage.support.mozillamessaging.com/tiki-editpage.php?locale=en-US&page=Thunderbird3+for+Windows7+users
  2. for each image:
    1. upload article image- next to ""Upload picture", click "Browse...", click "Preview"
    2. move the cursor to where you want to insert the image
    3. scroll down click on the image thumbnail
  3. preview the article
  4. save the article when complete
