There is train station in airport, in last station you will switch to Marmaray line (just ask its name), it will go directly to Kadikoy. Community members will meet you in Airport, Marmaray line and in Kadikoy.
There is Istanbul Card for public transportation. But trains (train + metro) and streamboats are accepting special coins (jetons) that costs 3 TRY and can be obtained from 'Jetonmatik' in every station.
