For the Esr15x iteration, the plan is to uplift as many bugs as possible ;), but also to fix long-term projects:

• Bug 1534581 - Exposed chrome:// resources allow browser version, OS, and locale detection
• Bug 1397996 - scrollbar thickness reveals platform
• Bug 1649876 - Migrate FirstPartyIsolation (FPI) users to dynamic FirstFirstPartyIsolation (dFPI) without the dynamic part. Why?
  • to reduce complexity
  • maintenance of two separate mechanisms during effectively the same thing
  • reduce difference between Tor Browser and Firefox
• Bug 1330608 - Add tor build chain to taskcluster
• Bug 1393901 - --enable-webrtc does not build under MinGW
