3. Thunderbird Version: your TB version 2.0.0.23
4. Operating System - your OS e.g. Windows XP
5. SMTP Service Provider for outgoing email: your email provider e.g.Comcast
6. Add-ons/Extensions: your extensions e.g. Mail Tweak extension nothing else
