This page will become obsolete as soon as the preview twice/nfs/single server/caching bug 526270 is worked around by gozer. Real fix is in tikiwiki 3 which we won't get until 2010 from SUMO

How to edit a SuMoMo KB article

1. edit the article - https://stage.support.mozillamessaging.com/tiki-editpage.php?locale=en-US&page=Thunderbird3+for+Windows7+users
2. upload article image(s) - next to ""Upload picture", click "Browse...", click "Preview"
3. save the article (otherwise the images will randomly appear and disappear) i.e. click "Save"
4. re-edit the article, i.e. https://stage.support.mozillamessaging.com/tiki-editpage.php?locale=en-US&page=Thunderbird3+for+Windows7+users and then do shift reload in your browser to force the images to appear
5. insert the image(s)

once bug 526270 is fixed this process will be simplified (i.e. no need to save an article for images to show up) to:

1. edit the article
2. upload the image(s)
3. preview
4. insert image(s)
5. save it
