| Contributor Engagement drives the Grow Mozilla initiative and partners with teams to successfully add more casual, active and core contributors to all areas of the Mozilla project. | |
How Can We Help You?
We will work with you to create a plan for bringing in contributors that matches your team's needs. Some of the needs we can help with include:
- "I need someone to work with me to create a strategy for recruiting new volunteers to my team."
- "I need a way to get the word out about my contribution opportunities."
- "I need experienced contributors to help new contributors learn how to effectively get involved."
- "I need people to spread the word about my project at events around the world."
- "I need a way to track who is doing what for my project."
To learn more about how we can help you, please feel free to get in touch.
Grow Mozilla
(grow mozilla logo goes here)
The Grow Mozilla initiative exists to add more casual, active and core contributors to all areas of the Mozilla project. There are a number of programs and resources that you can tap into to bring more volunteers onto your team.
Getting More People Involved
Grow Mozilla helps potential contributors find a match with a contribution opportunity to become casual or active contributors. Volunteers who are interested in deepening their involvement and impact with the project also have a path to become recongized leaders in the community.
Programs
Mozilla Reps (ReMo)
Mozilla Reps are volunteer Mozillians who are official representatives of Mozilla in their region/locale. Reps take the action plans created by Stewards and spread the word about Mozilla's projects and help match people with contribution opportunities. Find out more on the ReMo wiki page:
Mozilla Stewards
(mozilla stewards logo goes here)
Mozilla Stewards are employees and volunteers from all functional and regional areas who work together with the Contributor Engagement team to create action plans for recruiting new contributors to their project. Find out more on the Stewards wiki page:
Mozilla Directors
Mozilla Leaders are experienced core contributors who are sharing their input and experience at the highest level of the Mozilla project. The leader program provides a patch for active contributors to deepen their experience and increase their impact. Find out more on the Leaders wiki page:
