Firefox Desktop Beta 2 still ongoing.

• Intermittent Issues with wget on windows fetching from taskclusters artifacts, breaking some l10n (Recorded in Bug 1276110)
  • Switch to Curl! :p
• Kim set off the "on beta-cdntest" e-mail early, not actually ready -- jetlag to blame
• An issue with "Buildbot-Bridge" (the tool that allows us to trigger buildbot jobs from taskcluster scheduling) is keeping some tasks as permanently pending. Jlund is helping to investigate path forward.
• If no-easy solution by EoD will likely be triggering a build2 off the same csets to just get a fresh-start.
