Paid or Non-paid Staff: Paid

How are you currently involved with (or in) the community?: Firefox module owner, Mozilla Conductor, and member of the development community since 2004

Location of Work (where do you reside?): San Francisco

How you would like to participate in MozCamp:

  • Participate in the Governance Workshop and other related discussions to offer my perspective as a Mozilla Conductor and long-time contributor
  • Co-lead Social API session as one of the primary developers of the feature

How your presence would help further the MozCamp goals (

  • Social API is one of our primary efforts to grow Firefox desktop usage, and the MozCamp EU is well timed to occur shortly before we release the initial implementation of the feature. Getting feedback from European contributors, and educating them about the feature would be very useful.

Goals in Attending MozCamp:

  • Connect with the European Mozillian community (particularly the localization community), and meet contributors that I've only interacted with online
  • Get feedback on the Social API and other aspects of the Firefox development process in general
  • Contribute to other aspects of the MozCamp where I can
