    • There seems to be a constant rush of late notification and rushed expectations from QA post-1.4. Discuss an expectation needed for this (borrow ideas from mobile&firefox planning)
    • (For example, We got notice at 5:40pm yesterday and they wanted it signed off by nighttime. Tony pulled in Juan, ran litmus tests, cut a testplan, and signed off by 8pm) Efficient, but not fair.
  • Bugzilla testcase flag discussion
    • mconnor suggested making in-litmus/in-testsuite a multistate flag (and something easier to understand). Thoughts?
  • Team videos
    • Priority order is: Promo videos (remotees), fireside chat (team), create-your-own
    • For create-your-own: i also suggest how-to and demos for Sync on Firefox, Feedback/TestPilot, Fennec 2.0, and Jetpack create-an-extension
    • Any other ideas?
