  • Need a QA person for Firefox Flicks R2 - testing falls within 2/4-2/11, will probably only take a bit of time over a few days.
  • Do we need to make this fix for (all) other projects? (stephend)
  • New/current plan for Unagi-automation infrastructure (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=834537) is (stephend):
    • house 6 all-new Mac Minis (w/Ubuntu 12.04 LTS) tentatively in the QA lab, with IT-provided rackmount systems
  • Panda boards - do we need access to one?

    • The team met for our 1st time and discussed the infrastruture and process around how deployments occur
    • We're building a risk assment model and will apply CD principles to the testing strategy

    • QA and dev are auditing our current automation and looking for coverage gaps as well as areas of overalap
