Action Items / Takeaways from Last Week

  • Takeaways:
    • Team to comment on Bob's pull to the templates: https://github.com/mozilla/mozwebqa-test-templates/pull/16
      • Stephen: I looked at it grammatically. If everyone looked at it, please comment. Team: Please do this in the next week.
      • [Done]A big part of the team commented and the pull got merged
    • File a bug in Gaia re: wifi issues, attach log cat - bsilverberg
      • done
    • Work with IT to understand the wiki suite, also delegate someone to take wiki coverage - stephend
    • Let team know when new partner RIL will gets approved - stephend working with IT and Tony, but the concern is that this is not ready
      • will give an update after last thursdays meeting
    • Talk to tchung about when new wpa supplicant will get into our builds - stephend
  • Action Items:
    • What is the status of the Contributor mailing list in regards to WebQA? At one point we were pulling out specific requests for WebQA & replying to them- now it seems like we only get people who query our internal mailing list. ~ rbillings
      • Stephen is trying to fix this and mail about this

Discussion Items / Updates

  • GET vs HEAD for automation projects- specifically for link crawler tests? Is there one preferred way for all web projects, or is it project-specific? Discussion about a link crawler test on Remo-tests is here.
  • Could new gaia issues be added? All existing issues are taken or blocked.
  • Unagi London slave - still working on it
  • Gaia-ui we can log into marketplace but don't have -dev on the eng build.
