In an open source project, perhaps. But they use a relatively small part of the interface, and can have templates customised particularly for them. See the [http://bugs.kde.org/|KDE Bugzilla], for example - they have an almost separate [http://bugs.kde.org/wizard.cgi|bug filing wizard] for this sort of user, and keep the rest of Bugzilla optimised for others. | |||
