Firefox 132 Beta UI Toolbar Button Breakage

Toolbars will be re-arranged in a surprising and unpleasant way after a restart. The bookmarks toolbar may not function. (sample case)

Update to 132.0b2. If that doesn't help, follow these steps:
- Update to the latest version of Beta/Dev edition.
- Right-click the toolbar, select the Customize toolbar option, and choose Restore defaults in the lower right corner of that menu.
- If they can’t see the bookmark toolbar, right-click the toolbar, choose the Bookmarks toolbar, and select the Always Show option.
