Thunderbird/Support/GetSatisfaction/RolesAndChampions

This is an informal process (for now, to be formalized later) for moving folks from the normal "customer" role on Get Satisfaction to these roles: "employee", "offical rep", "admin" and in addition rewarding them by giving them "Champion" status (official GS docs on Accounts and roles)

  1. After passing the criteria (which is to be determined) for employee, official rep or admin or Champion, get two people from the official GS voucher list to vouch for you via email by sending an email to the "official GS voucher list". Currently the "official GS voucher list" is Rafael Ebron, Roland Tanglao
  2. Roland will then change that person to the appropriate role or make them a champion as requested.

Exceptions: Mozilla Messaging staff will be made official reps by Roland (or any other admins) when they join Get Satisfaction.
