Thunderbird 3.1 (Lanikai)

• Branch Tinderboxen are currently following 3.1a1 relbranch; for the moment, the trunk Tinderboxen are the ones to watch. We'll move the branch boxes back to 1.9.2 proper soon.
• Discussion about specifics of cutting the 1.9.2 version of comm-central in progress; will announce more details soon (next small number of days).
• Thunderbird:Thunderbird3.1:Status_Tracking
• Further Lanakai planning work is imminent, but waiting until 3.1a1 is out the door
