50.0.1

• no cpu-specific crash pattern apparent for our problematic amd & intel families in early data
• crash fix for the main chinese IME bug was successfuly - signature is gone from the data \o/
  • patch for a lower volume IME crash at https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1291082 was not included in the uplift (0.35% of browser crashes - candidate for 50.1?)
• crashes with the malicious LSP module always seem to be exceptionally high just after the relase of a new build (9.4% of browser crashes in the first 24hours)
  • lsp blocklisting has a reviewed patch by now at https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1238735

• https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1317415 - a backout should finally address these high volume crashes

  • DOM IntersectionObserver API
    • https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1320704 is backing the API out
    • This affected Aurora as well
