Our regular team meeting occurs every Thursday @ 9am Pacific

Lead / Scribe

  • Lead: Krupa
  • Scribe: Dave
    • Scribe is responsible for:
      • adding the action items and takeaways to the current meeting's minutes
      • creating the agenda for the next meeting and carrying the action items and takeaways over to it
      • sending out a notice of the availability of that agenda along with the meeting invite
      • completing all of the above by the end of the week during which the meeting occurred

Status updates

Meeting owner starts by giving a brief status update on what they've been working on, highlighting any releases, blog posts, blockers, etc. Once the update is complete, owner picks someone else to give a similar update. Repeat until everyone has had an opportunity to speak. This is entirely optional, and you are free to simply bounce to the next person. Notes are not taken.

Discussion items

  • [davehunt] Please help me with ideas for contributions that Outreachy applicants can work on. Im mentoring a project that will see enhancements to our pytest-html plugin. Applicants need to contribute to a project as part of their application. Anything from writing tests, code cleanup, documentation, etc. I've already added a few ideas but I think I'll need more. There's a very good chance these tasks will be picked up in the next couple of weeks so it's a great opportunity for us!
  • [stephend] Just FYI: Might be issues with HTTP/2 support (specific problem in production was found with Input, so it was disabled until they can figure it out).
  • [krupa] Introduce Ica to the team.

  • [mbrandt] Moving bouncer-tests into the dev repo - PR review -- once merged bouncer-tests will transition to closed.
  • [stephend] I still owe mozwebqa@mozilla.org an email with Jason Thomas' notes and tweak to help make addons-dev more stable during code updates/restarts (i.e. fewer HTTP 502s/gateway timeouts)
