When music is playing at foreground, cpu will reach up to 80 or even 90%, and the system message with tremendous delay while cpu is high(some other action will also got penalty the high cpu usage, like app getself or even mobile message API). When we move the music to background, all latency for every action could be reduced to half or more. So maybe we can propose to move foreground app to background when system need to handle notification event.
